I wanna thank the staff.that was handling me the other day, I believe his name is Sam. He was so polite and patient even when I was being picky and fussy about everything. Thank you Sam! Definitely will come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best optical store we have been to. The staff here are super chill, i.e. they do not come around every 15 seconds to ask you if you need help our not. They let you explore the store and all the products thoroughly without any pressure. Clayton was very nice and knowledgeable on promotions and payment modes. 10/10 will reccomend anyone to buy from lenskart, Vivo City.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Late review. Collected my glasses from the vivocity outlet (27/5, ~1210pm). Wanted to give a shout out to the lady staff, Mei Kei (MK) who helped me. She was very patient and explained and guided me in the use of the new glasses after knowing that I'm new to progressive lens. Thanks very much! Pls thank her again and let her boss know that she did a great job! I'm very happy with this store collection experience! :)
And they also followed up like a week later to check if the glasses were ok etc. Good service! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought 2 glasses on 3rd May. Staff were friendly and left me to shop on my own when I declined their assistance.
Optician on duty was patient when I asked questions about my eyesight and he addressed my concerns.
15 May: Called the outlet to enquire about my order and was told that only 1 out of 2 is ready and there might be a delay for the other pair (no issues with me, I’ll just have to wait). However, Xi Hong made an effort to check internally on the other pair and gave a callback right. Wasn’t expecting such service and that explains the multiple 5 stars review on this store ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I believe i spend a good 2hrs here because i was being so choosy BUT the optometrist was being very patient yet stay cheerful n helpful in choosing the perfect specs dat suits me. And making sure i have the right degree and explaining bout my eyesight problem. I was glad to meet her again today to collect my specs. Thank you so much for the great service!! I would have given MANY thumbs up if i were to have more than 2 thumbs ?
