Fantastic service at this outlet. The designs are great but the service goes above and beyond anything we were expecting. A big shout out to Bernadette who helped us every step of our experience!

I was at your Ngee Ann City boutique from 630pm to 7pm on 13/05/21 and was served by your staff. The staff that served me was not polite and helpful at all. I was looking to get a present for my mom and when I asked politely on the colours available, you staff just told me to refer to the colour chart on the counter until I prob further on the colours available in store, she bluntly said “you can just pick one colour from the chart and I’ll check for you” at the back. So after checking, basically there were only 4 colours available. Should could have done the check before getting me to pick a colour. Throughout the whole process, whenever I asked her a question such as how long will the pre-order takes; what are the colours I can pre-order and even how many pieces available in store, her replies came across with a bad attitude and arrogance. This was not my first time purchasing at your boutique but it is my first time being served by her. I hope this feedback can be helpful in terms of improving your customer service and making shopping experience more enjoyable for your future shoppers.
