Awesome experience!! It’s was my lucky day that the queue wasn’t long. Wanted to order Tonkatsu Ramen as I prefer rich broth, but decided to ask for recommendations. Ryan recommended their signature Premium Char Siu Shoyu Soba, it was delicious! The soup base was really rich and flavourful. Very friendly staff, both Ryan and Aaron! Will definitely drop by if I’m nearby!

Black Friday! Went to the city to check out some good deals today. Saw a little restaurant brightly lit up. Tsuta, the world’s first Michelin star ramen. Hmm… with the ?award, my expectations is high Ordered Aburi Niku (Marbled pork cubes, charred into crackling, barbequed goodness. Topped with house specialty onion sauce). 4.8 dollars Of course I must order ramen and so I did. Kurobishio Tonkotsu Soba (Char Siu (1 slice), Spring Onion, Bean Sprout, Black Pepper Minced Pork, Fried Garlic Chips, Black Pepper Powder, Black Fungus Mushroom). 13.80 dollars After tasting , it was ok. The Tonkotsu Soba was a bit to heavy for me and garlicky. Aburi Niku was too lean. Some mixture of fat will be great. Both meals left me thirsty and strong garlic after meal feeling. Service was fast and friendly.

Had better Tsuta ramen from other branches. Still good but not fantastic. I used to love the Shio soba from another branch at Taiseng 18 (unfortunately the Taiseng 18 one has closed). The White Truffle Oil is a little under-whelming, but perhaps my expectations are a little too high from what I had before.

Best Raman I had at Orchard Singapore. The soup base was just right with generous serving and refillable tea. I will let the photos speak for themselves. Highly recommend you to try if you are looking for Japanese Raman around the area.

Thumbs up for offering regular portion and a light portion for 'small eater'. Regular portion comes in a white bowl with red bowl for the light. Another thumbs up for offering broth with less salt for the health conscious or someone with medical condition. Thumbs up too for making available broth that is chicken base. We ordered Tonkotsu Soba and Teriyaki Chicken Paitan Soba with Ajitama (egg). The noodles were springy. Had expected the broth to really "wow" being a Michelin starred outfit and it did not. Was disappointed. The Ajitama was good; a must order.

Good fragrant crab broth ramen - didn’t come with a crab shell and portion size was a bit smaller than menu. Hand rolls were particularly good.

I went to a ramen place and had the beef bowl! I must say it was beautifully executed. I enjoyed the thin slices of tender meat and charred garlic and sauce, scooping it up with a bit of rice and runny egg. It’s a small joint but a comfortable spot and served by friendly staff.

Came on a weekend lunch time and it was not crowded, and we didn't wait long for a table. The rice bowl was very good, but we felt the noodles didn't had enough flavor. However in all fairness, we selected the less salty option in Ramen so that could be the reason why. Overall staff service was very good and I would definitely come back to give the noodles another try again.
