★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like this gym! Instructors Kyler and Daryl are motivating and positive and I feel great every time I finish a session. They focus on developing good habits to make sure you strike hard but don't get hurt doing it. Everyone's really nice and the space is small but cozy. I really love meditating at the end of every session too, encouraging mental wellness and breathing techniques. A truly unique and inspiring gym! Highly reccomended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for a group-type-of-workout near where I live. There are a lot of options actually, but I found myself using all my classpass credits on Inspire Fitness classes. Getting the membership was the best move I did after that. Daryl, Jj and Alex are really good and patient mentors. Checking your form without making you feel like a total noob. Atmosphere is 20/10. Liun’s super accommodating on all my questions ☺️
In the end, not only did I gain Muay Thai knowledge, I made a few friends. Come check them out ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I joined Inspire Fitness about 1+ months, and have enjoyed my workouts there. The trainers and staff are very motivating and skilled and I enjoyed the morning Strength & Stretch with JJ and the Muay Thai HITT classes. Overall it’s a very cosy gym and has a friendly and unpretentious vibe, compared to other gyms. Hope they can do some self-defense classes and expand one day.

Daryl and Kyler are infinitely patient with helping students improve their muay thai techniques and overall physical strength, and the space is super calm and zen. Everybody is really welcoming and friendly too, so it winds up feeling like a second home! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started training at inspire to regain my strength and lose weight after pregnancy. JJ and Daryl really built a tailor made training plan for me taking into account my needs and limitations (old injuries). I have a very busy work life and Liun always does her best to accommodate me.
They are all very professional and extremely friendly.
I definitely recommend the place.

Friendly atmosphere and trainers that will make anyone, especially beginners, instantly feel welcome.
