★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for a gym that offers other classes apart from Muay Thai, to keep myself fit and active and Neue Fit ticks all the boxes with a good variety of classes i.e. Muay Thai, BJJ, HIIT & yoga. Gym is spacious, clean and well maintained.
Had always wanted to try BJJ but was pretty intimidated at other gyms. Finally tried it at Neue Fit where the instructors and the community are really friendly and encouraging, making it a pleasant experience so far!
Love the energy and vibe here. Overall, really awesome gym!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been looking for a gym to learn BJJ in and Neue Fit has it all: Muay Thai, HIIT, Calisthenics, BJJ (for all levels) and Yoga too. It's like a fitness buffet that works for those who are competing in martial arts or who are looking for a workout.
In my time with Neue Fit, the coaches and staff have made me feel so incredibly welcome and comfortable. You know how in some gyms you feel like the coach is trying to tire you out or to get over the hour? Here it feels like every coach approaches every class with the desire to impart the best knowledge they can.
Specific shout out to coach/lady boss Grace for even remembering what move who learned in which week. Your classes are amazing and i love my "classmates".
Also, considering how much time we spend rolling around on the mats, this gym is super clean!!!

Beginners, you don’t have to worry about taking this first step because you’ll be joining a community that will welcome you with open arms. You’ll definitely be in good hands. It’s also a great place to spar and destroy pads for those who are more advanced. It’s a big family and it feels like home ?

The coaches are trainers are professional and encouraging at the same time which helps you feel comfortable when picking up a new sport. The members are very friendly and you'll definitely be able to make some great friendships along the way which really helps when you need that motivation to come put in the work at the gym

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arranged a self-defense 101 session with Grace and the team as part of our company #IWD2022 activities and it was fantastic, even at 7:30 am! Grace and her team (Deon, Azzli, Radeem) taught us a number of basic self-defense skills that everyone was able to do. They were also very engaging and had a good sense of humor, keeping the group moving (and laughing) the entire 90 mins. Would definitely recommend for company engagements or for personal sessions.
