★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful and accommodating. Back tyre decided to puncture on Joo Chiat road, 7.30 pm on a Friday night. 12 km from home in Tampines’s. Googled for the nearest bicycle shop and walked to Integrated. Even though close to closing time Gina arranged a quick new tube fit and in minutes I was on my way. Thanks guys

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thiam Sing and Gina were extremely patient explaining the basics of biking to me, a complete newbie. They were not pushy when coming to recommending products and advised to purchase them stepwise in some instances.
Their friendly and approachable attitude made me decide to buy with them. ( several other shops I visited were terribly judgemental and pushy )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought this bike 4 months ago in August paid much more than 10k sgd. This shop billed me 200 for replacement. I didn’t think it was fair, brought it up to HQ and they agreed this shouldn’t happen.
Best value for money? I don’t think so.

Overall service is okay.
There are no nearby car park facility.

Excellent service by Gina and Thiam Seng.
Came back to get more accessories Garmin.
If you ever consider getting a road bike, always consider of the shop can provide post sales technical support ;-)
