★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed. My sister was told her helper will arrive on Wed and to fetch her home 2 days later. On the very day she were to fetch her new helper the agent told my sister that the helper has not arrived because the agent on the other side wants to gather all the helpers together before sending them over. The agent didn't even informed us and we would have make a wasted trip if we had not call to inform them we are coming down. The worse part is that these helpers from this country only make one trip per week. My sister has to go without a maid for another week.
