And, the condo nestled within a private enclave, quiet and serene environment.
Good to stay..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located just next to Potong Pasir mrt station, less than 3 min's walk. The location is very convenient with many shops and shopping centre.
The unit are modern, quiet & safe place to stay.
Facilities include bbq pits with grill, reading room, Jacuzzis, children's pool, playground, function room and Gym room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here to view an apartment and was appalled by the way the security guard responded. It was hot and humid (unsurprisingly Singapore-ish) and when my wife asked him politely (she was panting as we had just walked quite a bit to get there) whether she could go in and wait for the agent, he felt her tone was high and asked her to keep her tone down. While all she was trying to do was to ask him a simple question, he's really got no authority to advise my wife to keep her tone down...a strong enough reason to avoid moving into this condo.
