The worst online purchase that I have so far! No reply from this school appointed uniform vendor plus no refund! Just wondering is the vendor running of some financial difficult? Please do the refund soon! Hope that the MOE or school can looking into this issue!

Ordered online but didn't deliver up to one month. Doesn't respond to emails and phone calls. Went down to shop to check status, long queue for more than 2 hours. Clearly wasn't prepared for year end large volume of sales. Need to employ multiple times more temporary staff at year end. Sigh, need to teach them how to do business as well???

It is very unfortunate that we haven't been able to obtain a response from the uniform supplier pertaining to the status of our order. We had been following up within reasonable means but there was no update via email nor are we able to get through the phone. It is a terrible experience and we couldn't even find out what is the backup plan (i.e. what is our child going to wear if the uniform cannot be delivered on time?). This is not the 1st time that children are going to primary 1 and this is indeed a very bad experience... This entire process is managed very badly... so terrible in today's standard... no words can describe how disappointed this whole experience was... please... if you're a school... do re-consider your selection of this vendor as a uniform supplier to protect the interest of the stakeholders... we don't have the energy nor time to manage a supplier from the 1970s... Please... reconsider...I have to give 1 star in order to post so no choice... if I had a choice... no star and -100 stars!

The worst uniform shop ever. Went to the shop in November, got my child measured. Requested for delivery. No updates, no news. Phone line was always engaged, emails were not replied. Finally got my uniforms 2 days before school reopens (no delivery, I needed to come to the shop and collect, they don’t even bother to call, the school informed me). And guess what? The size is way too big & too long for my child.. come on, what did you actually measure?!! Warning for MOE! Please do not use this vendor, you will save the trouble answering to angry parents!! Thanks for the unnecessary stress..

Poorly managed uniform seller but unfortunately my kid's school is only available with them. Online uniform order shows 1 month to delivery date but then another fine print below saying it will take 7-14 working days from chosen date. I have no choice but to go in person now and dread the long wait. Hope they don't declare out of stock when i get to the end of the line. Wished the schools take the responsibility uniform selling so that parents don't have to go through trouble with this seller.

Great service. Queues quite short during June holidays, got the uniform I needed in under 5 minutes! Kudos to the staff ?

Seller was very attentive and very very quick in delivery . I was very impressed by the service that they delivered. Last few months was chaotic due to global pandemic shortage of supplies however now all is back on biz. Thank you seller for the prompt replies on queries and also delivery .
