They were professional and very responsive but the thing I loved the most about them was their willingness and interest to do the job specifically as I wanted behind my balcony railing instead of in front of it on the floor (which would take up space). I really hated the idea of the grilles but they did a fantastic job, and i absolutely love our grilles now and it's super safe! Thank you

Be frank, this is the first time I experienced same day installation after I approved the quote (though is only one window grille). Hence, would like to thank them for their excellent and quick installation service, and I appreciate they helped me to put back the furniture & clean up the surroundings after the invisible grille installed. Highly recommended.
It is the second time I have hired IGC to install invisible grill for my house. In terms of customer response, they have not disappointed me. I love their workmanship and post-installation service. They would help clear the place and move all the furniture back into place before leaving my premises. It is important to stress that I would like to pay tribute to one young boy who refused to accept my tip which he claimed was part of their job. I really admire his good work ethic.
