★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently had to install invisible grilles as I was adopting a dog and I needed one done very fast and reasonably priced as I'm very reluctant to fix grilles. As it were I contacted Raven on a Sunday and got a very reasonable quote for fix grilles.
Raven came down to my place to take more accurate measurements and fix the date of installation on the Saturday of that week (faster than any other installers). The installers were very prompt (early in fact) and were the most professional workers I've ever met in this region. They knew their work, were extremely neat and got the job done in about an hour. I have to say that I would absolutely recommend their services to anyone. And, I am in no way connected to this company and was actually given the name by the dog adoption agency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did my invisible grilles with them recently, response was prompt and work was done on time. I was also quite impressed with the quality of invisible grilles. It was very sturdy with high quality which is perfect for me as i have children at home. They were professional too, as they recommended to me which is the best option for me and could tell that they have strong experience in this. Friendly and good customer service too. So overall i am very happy with the product and experience with DeGrille.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delay in installation of casement grille by 1 week (took up an addition day of my time) and on actual day of installation, the installation crew were late for more than an 1hour that affected my personal appointment.
For the former, I was only notified on the installation day that the casement is delayed due to their supplier issues and the latter, delay in a job earlier in the day was cited. For the late arrival of the crew, I was not even given an prior notice that the crew would be late until I called them half and hour past the scheduled arrival time.
The installation crew could have been more professional and careful in their work, as they caused damages to my wall, which they patched up later but could have been avoided in the first place if they had been more careful. Casements with obvious dents were also installed, which only suggests the integrity of the installers.
Overall poor experience.

They were able to accommodate to my urgency. The workers were punctual and precise in their installation. Boss was also friendly in answering my queries throughout the process.

This company is worth our 1-month wait. Customer service was very responsive, organised, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The installation crew arrived on time and made quick (and accurate) work of the wire installation. The bonus is the crew also cleaned as they go and helped us move away and move back furniture that was in the way of the installation so we had very little clean-up to do afterwards. We are happy customers and would not hesitate to recommend DeGrille for their wire installation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My invisible grilles were installed within 3 hours for 3 back windows. Lead time was about 1.5 months from the first site visit to the installation day. There was a few days delay but everything was rectified quickly. Great service! Invisible grilles look great too.
