★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They quoted $5500 for replacement of window rubber stripes, followngi their site visit at my apartment ( not landed.) But they refused to provide breakdown to support the hefty charges when they were asked. Thoroughly no business professionalism and ethnic. UPDATE. It is commendable on the owner's make-it-right spirit after hearing my dissatisfaction. The subcontractor Uncle ZAI called me . With patient, he explained with clarity on the rational behind the hefty cost. If the salesperson didn't ignore our message and calls for clarity and provide this explanation, the ending wouldn't be so unpleasant. I retract inital unfavourable review and give them 4 stars for the owner's positive attitude.
