★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service seemed okay, but the fact is I was recommended malossi brake pads for my front brakes and it lasted a mere 6000 km. Due to my inexperience, it ate into my front discs of my burgman 650 which I had to replace. I am unable to accept that this because I had been consciously using my rear brake primarily for the whole 6000 km in order to save the front brake pads. Seeing most reviews are positive I'm quite disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Battery flat, brought down the battery, Ah Chong said charge for me, still can use, don’t need to buy new one, no hard sell. Used to send for repairs twice too, very reasonable price and knowledgeable, highly recommended
