★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not honest practice and inferior product- after realising my current set was end of life and needed replacement they quoted $60 and told me to go down. When I was there, they said it was only for the motherboard and that I needed to pay an extra $30 for the plastic casing. Had no choice but to pay up since i travelled all the way there. They then went on to the next customer immediately after my payment without giving me any specific instructions. Won’t come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ iROAD software is pretty bad. They also lock the files behind proprietary file format so you have to use their software to view the files. I only using cause it came with my car, I would never consider buying it myself

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The iroad software leaves a lot to be desired, i've been using x5 after being recommended by my car mechanic but after a year the system automatically stopped recording by itself. I brought it to the Iroad store at Vertex and was attended to by the team there. The only saving grace for the brand is its excellent customer service there and the staff's technical knowledge. Keep up the good work!
