โ โ โ โ โ Very good Lechon! Ordered a takeaway and was asked if I would like the Lechon warmed up. Kudos for the excellent service. Was able to have warm crispy Lechon on a cold and rainy day. Will definitely return again.

โ โ โ โ โ The lechon was not bad. Crispy and flavourful. But sisig was not really good. Not salty enough and have some bone inside. The soup they provide was not bad too. A little bit of sour. But the portion was too little, finished the dishes will still leftover empty rice.

โ โ โ โ โ Food is good and affordable. Also have the option to top up for drinks and veggie. Laing was excellent. Lechon is tasty but bit salty. The pork sisig needs improvement on taste (might be better to get a Campampangan recipe for this)

โ โ โ โ โ My go-to stall at Timbre to get my lechon fix in the past. The lechon is tasty, crispy and flavourful. Accompanying soup and sauce are delicious also. However, this can be a hit and miss and quality is inconsistent. The pork can overly fatty at times, with a fat to meat ratio at 8:2. At $10.50 per plate at a food court setting, not really worthwhile to purchase a plate of crispy skin with mostly pork fat.

Go for the spicy lechon. Itโs really not spicy but def more flavor than the normal lechon.
The taste of lechon got some changes from the last time I tried. But itโs still nice.

โ โ โ โ โ Eaten here twice - once in the evening and this time during lunch. The grilled pork belly is very juicy and slightly crispy on the outside, and has that awesome bbq aroma. I would love to eat that chilli but I did not as I would definitely break out in sweat. Itโs so satisfying just eating the pork belly and rice.

โ โ โ โ โ We had a Lechon dish ( roasted pork with rice) quite nice, but another time we try the a potion without rice, it was too many fat inside. We always eat in the timbre near expo. I guess should tell the staff give us the less fat one ?. Their sauce is yummy with the meat
