Good doctors! If you can get to see them that is! Absolutely would not recommend going there if you have a fever or symptoms related to covid. They do not want the hassle.

The waiting time is ridiculous (close to 3 hours with only 5 people in front of me), there are only very limited seats outside the clinic, got more sick while waiting and standing. Not recommended

If I could rate them zero, definitely will do. Clinic does not prioritise patients with fever, waited 2hrs to only learnt that 2 groups with non emergencies are still ahead of me. Will never patronize this place again, better to visit Faith on the next door…

The doctor is not fit to be a doctor,he doesn't even did a physical touch on my son.As a doctor, you should know better whether if a patient hv dengue fever must be 24hrs later then can take blood test.Now the doctor have wasted my time,money by going to the A& E hospital.The A& E doctor advised to do blood test only after 24hrs.I will not go to this clinic at gek poh anymore.Please do your research ok,Doctor.(Lee Family Clinic)

Early this morning i went to help my mum take queue number as she having fever and unable to stand too long as body too weak. The nurses rudely says that she need my mum physical IC but Did not says the reason of seeing physical IC. So i thought is to see my mum physically if it is true. HOWEVER!!! The nurse respond back rudely saying “I need her IC for document, Aiyo” excuse me? Is this how you serve your patient. My mum have fever and sore throat but the nurses did not put those patient that have fever and sore throat first. There is another time where i and my sister bring her son go see doctor as her son have high fever of 39 degree. However at 3.30pm we went the nurses keep REJECTING seeing my NEPHEW!!!!??? Hello?! A toddler at age of 1 years old plus already having high fever u still can REJECR?!?! Even the doctor REJECT seeing my nephew just because he got other sites clinic to go over?!?!???? 100% WONT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC BECAUSE THE ASSISTANCE DOCTOR AND NURSES IS SUPER RUDE TO THE PATIENTS. ?

If there’s an option to give this clinic a zero star, I would have done so. Rude and untrained staffs. I called them today to check on Gardasil 4 as I’m supposed to take my 2nd dose, they told me there’s no stocks at the moment and I can only set an appointment nearer to the date of my vaccine then they will reserve the stock for me. It’s only when I called another clinic to check afterwards, then did I realise that Singapore has discontinued the production of Gardasil 4 and the notice has been given since Jan 2022 (as seen from other clinic’s website) but they did not inform me about it before I proceeded to take my first dose. So what about my 2nd and 3rd dose of vaccine? I called them again to ask them about the discontinuation, and the staffs didn’t even know about it then told me to call them back again on Thurs afternoon to see if the stocks have arrived. The question is did they even reserve enough stocks for the patients taking their vaccine at THIS clinic which they couldn’t even answer? This is so unprofessional and uncalled for. Other clinics would have reserved stocks for their patients. All they’ve been doing throughout was to brush things off and ask me to call again on another day and check with the staff on that day.

Very very bad service. Nurses are stuck up & cocky. Previously, requested for female doctor due to female related issues. Nurses were gossiping infront of me, asking why must i see the female doctor. Second round, queue for clinic since 7am, clinic to open at 8 but nurses took their own sweet time only to be rejected, saying Monday to Wed, female doctor only for covid related issues. Not clear with information, did not even share about these details on their website. Nurses are horrible, service is really bad although the doctors are good. I am never going back there. Spoils your entire day. If i could, i would give negative stars for the nurses service.

Dr Lee is very caring. He spotted some early sign of stroke on my mother. And early treatment was given. Same for my daughter. His diagnosis was spot on on some unusual eye infection Those that give 1star because of the Long wait that is because they are very attentive towards all their patients. If need to. Dr lee will call back at 10pm after his work to check. Glad we hv him on our neighborhood.
