The resident Dr Tan Yoke Meng is very skilled, professional, thorough and careful, qualities one should look for in a dentist! Would totally recommend this dental clinic!

Went there many years ago but never ever went back. Why? Because for the first time in my life, the dentist did polishing only on the teeth that faces outside. He deliberately skipped the polish process (where they spray a substance on your teeth as a final step after cleaning) on the inside areas of my teeth. When I questioned why, he said only these areas can be seen so they get polished. Hence I never ever went back. You cannot find my records because I do not go by my English name on your records. And this happened many years ago so I’m not sure u even keep those records.

I have been looking for a new Dental clinic near my home @Tiong Bahru area and decided to do some research over the Internet on the various dental clinic nearby. I came across some good reviews on iSmile Dental Clnic (Dr Tan Dr Tan Yoke Meng) at Blk 78A Telok Blangah and decided to give it a try. I called to make an appointment and was lucky to get an earlier appointment with Dr Tan after a booking cancellation. I am very pleased to share the same pleasant experience as some of the online reviews. Dr Tan is very skillful, knowledgeable and very clear in his explanation and communications. I have a serious toothache and need to perform an extraction. He took an X-ray on the tooth, took time to explain the tooth conditions, and a tooth extraction is the best option. The entire procedure was rather painless and the price is very reasonable too. For the last 30 years, I have seen no less than 6 different Dentists, and personally I feel most secure and comfortable with Dr Tan. I would like to thank Dr Tan, and I wish to share this positive experience for any one who is looking for a good dentist in this area. Highly Recommended.

Whole family comes here to patch rotten teeth. Both sides embedded wisdom teeth done by Dr.YM Tan years back, minimal after-surgery pain. Good skills, recommended.

I would like to commend Dr Tan and his team at iSmile for a very professional service I received last Saturday. The first impression I got was the very friendly reception I met and the clear explanation on the different treatments and charges. Dr Tan provided a clear diagnosis of my problem tooth and offered the appropriate treatment. The x-ray also showed that I have a "dead" tooth for which he offered his treatment advice should a problem arise in future. I left his clinic a Smiling patient. If anyone needed a dental treatment, I would suggest giving iSmile a visit.

Back in years ago also is my very first time visited, to this clinic due to bad toothache pain i had. My husband went online and saw many good comments of the dentist was highly recommended by many patients. During my visited on the actual day. Dr Sim he is the on duty dentist i guess. He attended to my case. He carefully to examed my toothache issue took xray before, he will do the extraction. He told my husband if my toothache pain condition are in great pain. He were not extract,as it might affect the nerve sign to the brain. Dr Sim he's very patience said let wait for half an hour, after the injection. Were the pain go down. So we waited for half an hour. I told Dr Sim really wanted to extract this bad toothache. This tooth gave me great pain that caused me cried out in the middle of the night. After 6 injection finally Dr Sim can extracted. Thank you Dr Sim he did a great job had successful extracted my tooth. I highly recommended this clinic to my family members and friends.????????????

Don't ever try the male doctor currently in the clinic. He is very rough and keep rushing You did not inform me the below. And I asked you if I still experience pain tomorrow then can I go and see the dentist and you told me oh depends if we have any slots for you tomorrow. Gosh I wonder if this is for patient interests or the dentist interest? // An appointment for today has been offered for the dentist to assess your condition and attempt to resolve your dental pain. Where appropriate, the medical certificate would be issued accordingly

High quality treatment,yet affordable! The dentist were always ready to clarify doubts. The girl in the reception named May was so polite and patient. I called her to book appointment as I had an emergency. She was very accommodating and provided relevant details. Highly recommended?
