Overall great service. The receptionist Ms Sandra greeted me the moment I arrived and was very cheerful & helpful. Dr Sun was polite and professional. She carefully explained to me what she recommends and was gentle while working her magic (I have low tolerance for pain) Highly recommended! :)

My go-to dentist for as far as I can remember. Feels like Dr Sun only prescribes what is necessary and you are always getting value for your money.

I have been going to Denticare Harbourfront for a few years simply because of Dr. Sun. She took away the fear for dentist in me. She gives detailed explanation on what is the condition of your teeth, what needs to be done accordingly with realistic timeline. In my humble opinion, Dr. Sun is a magician at work with her fabulous assistant & not forgetting Sandra the receptionist who gives all info needed. My first visit to the Harbourfront clinic was on 12 May 2022 for filling. It was not done well, I felt that the filling did not fill the decay completely and the edge of the tooth was sharp, so I came back for the second visit on 25 May 2022. I informed the dentist, Dr Sun Yin Ping about the situation. Dr Sun was very impatient. I emphasized that more filling was needed for that tooth and the edge of the tooth was sharp. She said, ‘let me check’. Then, without any warning and explanation, she directly used the tool and sharpened the good part of that tooth. That was very surprising! I would not agree with it if she let me know first. The good part of my tooth was grinded away for no reason! After that, I felt that the tooth is uneven, one side is higher than the other, due to her unauthorized operation. Then she drove me away and kept saying that ‘all is well now’. None is well! I felt very uncomfortable and started crying. Only until then, she agreed that more filling should be added, just as I required in the first place. However, it was too late. The good part of the tooth was gone forever! I felt very upset about the unprofessional service from Dr Sun! I wondered as a customer, what can I do?

Can't remember when is the first time i visited Dr Sun as it has been more than 20 years now. Dr Sun is warm and professional in her consultation. She gives very good advise. I would highly recommend her service as it is both professional and effective.

Dr Sun is very detailed and professional during my visit. She is very thorough and provided an in-depth review of my dental condition before the treatment and also highlighted the treatment done post of the session. She is highly recommended and my preferred dental professional to go to for my dental needs. Thank you, Dr Sun!

Dr Sun has been my go to dentist for years. She is extremely friendly, makes recommendations only if absolutely necessary for your dental health, does not recommend anything extra for the sake of earning more. Anything that can’t be done there she makes referral to another place, of which I am also very happy with. She is very ethical and remembers me although I only visit twice a year for routine cleaning and check. She address any concerns and is very assuring - I feel very safe in her hands.
