Lousy appointment management... the clinic called to change the appointment time from 4:30pm to 3:30pm, when I got there at 3:30pm the counter said the new appointment time is 2:30pm and lied about calling me at 2:30pm but my line was occupied! There is no record of such call!!!

I'm being skeptical and scared when I first stepped into the clinic after dono how many years I last stepped in to have my teeth checked. However, the lady dentist who attended to me was friendly and able to make me less scared and worried throughout my ordeal, tho is just a normal scaling session. Staff there are also nice and friendly. I definitely will not be that scare in my next visit anymore

Quite a pleasant experience. Dentist was very informative about the state / condition of my teeth, the procedures being done as well as what had been done to my teeth in the past by other dental clinics. It was my first visit there. Would definitely return and recommend to others.

First to dentalplus. Everyone is friendly and felt warm to be there. Explain on the situation, replied amd given suggestion what next.. so it a thumb up for me and will visit for next appt. Thank you. ??

Good service by counter staff... really helpful and tries their best to assist... doctors are professional and skilled

Accompanied my mom to the clinic and the front desk was so helpful in telling me about the difference between the prices of different treatment and cleaning. i believe her name was Putri, if anyone wants more elaboration on how the treatments work i’ll definitely recommend her and dentalplus. Kudos for the good hospitality and cleanliness too

Blur receptionist and doctor. Bad communication. Came down twice due to miscommunication between doctor and receptionist girl. For the first time, doctor couldn't proceed with my appointment due to time limitation and lack of proper communication with the receptionist to schedule the right duration for my treatment. Today I came down for the 2nd time without proceeding to do my treatment again due to price differences quoted between the doc and receptionist, which later quoted more than what was mentioned earlier. Please have a better communication between your staffs. Don't let them come down all the way to your dental clinic in vain *Both visits charges are waived because NO procedures were carried out(totally not out of good will) For the second visit, X-ray was done prior to the procedure but in the end we did not continue with the procedure due to price differences as stated earlier. Dr mentioned they could send me the xray result despite not continuing with the procedure as a token of apology but till date, I haven't receive anything. Please do not claim that both visits fees waived as if its out of good will because NOTHING was carried out nor received. Do you expect your patient to pay then? As a regular patient, I'm utterly disappointed with the serious miscommunication between your staffs. I can accept first-time mistake but definitely not twice. Please appoint someone who is more experienced at the front desk who has a full understanding how the clinic runs and pricing etc and convey the doctor's information clearly.

My husband and i went for cleaning yesterday and Dr Alistair made our day. Good job and thanks a lot! He did a thorough cleaning and reminded us of our last X-ray and advised us what to do. Very informative and great with his job, we were so happy with the result. We’ve been with DentalPlus for about 10 yrs now and we couldn't imagine ourselves seeing other dental clinics. Thanks a lot to the ladies in front desk for being so accommodating, Keep up the good job girls till our next visit. Stay safe ?
