L	Lavs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 2/5/22, at ard 12.40pm we has encountered a very bad experience. THE STAFF (there was no name tag it was a malay girl) ON DUTY WAS VERY RUDE! KEPT ROLLING HER EYES WHENEVER WE TRIED TO ORDER. For every order we ask she just smirk ? Seem so uninterested to work and serve the customers. The attitude and tone of voice towards the customer is just unacceptable!!!??????

I bought 2 cinnamon sugar pretzels and they tasted burnt. It was hard to chew and savour as well. Of all the outlets I’ve been to unfortunately this outlet was a no no for me. I hope the staff can take this into consideration about preparing the food well. Thank you.

Upon seeing that it was burnt at a few corners, I asked for the cashier's help to change to a bottom. piece which is not burnt. Young lady at the cashier rolled her eyes and changed for me without looking at which pcs that is not burnt (was at 2nd stack) So end up it was a burnt one again. Request her to change and she said it's the same and ignore my request. Do not want to spoil my mood by arguing with her. But I think her attitude needs a change. End up my kid tasted the seaweed pretzel and non charred parts taste bitter too and refused to consume. Hope other outlets maintained the quality.

Can kindly say out of stock. Don't even have menu at the counter. Menu at the corner. Is out of stock and we want to change order need to go see at the corner and entertain cashier's eye rolling. Ask for sourcream barely have any sourcream on the pretzel. Hate doing job just quit.
K	Kai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is at B2 right outside the mrt exit. Near koi. All the pretzels are freshly baked. I’ll recommend the cinnamon flavour is really good one of their most popular ones. It you wanna try something savoury get the Parmesan flavour is not salty very nice balance. The bread is really soft

No basic customer service, you take your time to order, she vice versa to you! I made my payment and waited for my orders, thinking that i would get a copy of my receipt. She have to say "You want the receipt is it?!" ? Couldn't be bothered by her, took my food and left! She could have said it in a nice way though. I am not expecting for a five star customer service but her behaviour is atrocious! I just have to bring this up, so you wont be getting the same fate as me. Hope the management could look into it. Customer service - ? Food - pretzel cinnamon was super hard yet chewy! As if i was eating rubber! Although dog pretzels was consistent ?
M	M. Twinkles on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheese dog - tasty, rather small though! Cheesy turkey - not bad, however felt that pretzel could be shaped more evenly? (could be becos staff was trying to squeeze as many pretzels per tray? Shop space is quite tight!) Overall: taste good, but value on the lower side due to the small size for the price!

Noticed that lately, the queues are super long, not sure why. PRICE: good for the taste and quality. SERVICE: okay, 7/10. Recommend!!!
