Entered the shop and realised only one young staff was managing the shop. I am very impressed by the service of your young staff, Presley. He is enthusiastic in service and proactive in recommending his products. Bought a speaker from him and the wrapping of my purchase was done by another young man in a small room next to the cashier. It is commendable that two young staff are efficiently handling the shop.

It was a last minute Christmas shopping that I ordered on 22nd of Dec at around 10past in the evening and I wanted to get the item 23rd or 24th morning so I chatted with the customer service if they can make it happen, the customer service answered promptly that he recommended a perfect product to get for gift and helped me to be assisted by Alvin. Alvin was so accommodating in answering my queries even it was very late night and he assured me that I get my product on time and it did! Arrived the next morning 23rd of Dec before 9am. It was so fast and I was amazed. It was also gift wrapped already. The product Aeropex Aftershokz was very very good. My friend really love it. Thank you so so much and will definitely purchase again from you guys. Keep it up ????
