I also identified it with him. But now The item had something wrong, I from home take long time to come here.they said there was no change here. Ask me go anther place.
Their employees also told me that maybe new employees don't know. He also said that last time he didn't work here and didn't know this thing.
I hope your company will train your employees and come back to work. Don't waste customers' time. I'm really disappointed in the company's service.
