Do not buy Xiaomi products!!! Worst after sales support from a company! The product you bought now will be worthless after a short time! Why? I bought a Redmi Note 10 Pro about a year ago in their Funan shop. In less than a year, the battery became bloated. I was supposed to take it last month but became busy and went overseas. Once back I realised the 1yr warranty just passed few weeks ago. Anyway, I’m willing to pay for the servicing because I need it for dev testing. After going to their shop??? They told me they have no parts for my phone and suggested to just have it repaired β€œoutside”. Wow! Such wow. Why wow? Because this is the second time they told me the same thing!!! β€œOutside” β€” meaning to those unofficial repair shops. Just 2 months ago, around March this year, I took my Redmi Note 8 Pro to this same Xiaomi shop. The reason? Bloated battery also, which has been bloated for some time. And what they told me? They have no parts, just have it repaired β€œoutside”. Can’t believe it. A company that can’t support its product that is barely just a year old. Such wow! Again, im telling you. If you’re still considering to buy Xiaomi products! Pls no, spare yourself. I used to tell my family and friends to buy Xiaomi phones because they offer good features for an affordable price. Turns out you get what you pay for. I’ll just stick to Apple and Samsung phones.

Great service despite the busy queues, the staff tries their best to answer to the needs of the customers. I would like to commend especially Jimmy for his effort in attending to my service request. Thank you for the great work, Jimmy!

Very disappointing customer service ansd service recovery. Feels like they were trained to 'do only the minimal'. Definitely dont recommend buying xiaomi product, the time lost does not justify the cheaper prices. Thanks for your feedback. Just to clarify that we are running the retail and service center is run by another Xiaomi partner. We will convey your feedback to them -- Seem like a template reply to your after sales service, simply pushing the issue to 3rd party contractor and judging from the reviews here, no actions have been taken to improve the servicd

Sent my phone for repair on 4 April, which was still under warranty. Collected it back on the same day later in the evening and phone was working well. However the repair work was actually so bad that I couldn't sell my phone after that. A few things that I wasn't very happy with: 1. The serial number behind the phone was changed after I received it, indicating that they just replaced it with another phone that they had fixed (to speed things up). I tried asking the receptionist why this happened, he just say he dk and nothing that he can do. I'm not too sure if the change in serial number matters when you try to sell your phone. 2. Repair work was super bad. Didn't know there was a problem until the second hand shop didn't even want to accept my phone. Refer to the picture: The screen was uneven or not put back properly. From the next picture, can see the dented out region at the edge, caused by them plying open the phone. Hopefully you all take note of these when you send your phone for repair. Be firm if you are not happy with the repair work, if not what is the warranty for? You paid for it. It can be quite stressful when your phone spoils, the receptionist can do a better job in servicing the customers. While it is not the receptionist's fault, they should know the reason for the serial number change, and also to advice customers on what to look out for when receiving their phone back. Things like this is so important for us when we are so flustered by the spoiled phone. Also I was actually there on 3 April at 8.50pm, 5 mins later than their work end (who knows right, the shop closes at 9pm according to google, but the customer service side closes at 8.45pm.). But they didn't want to accept my phone for repair even though it was just a 5 min check in procedure, and I had to make another trip down to send my phone for repair. Not exactly their fault, but a bit disappointed. Hope something can be done about it.

Extremely bad service! Really a disgrace to xiaomi's name. Send in my vacuum mop robot for servicing during warranty as there are critical issues where the robot will always prompt that there is no water and it won't function when the mop is on. And the battery is so bad that the robot will die before it even reach the docking station. After i send for servicing, it took almost 1 month for a repair. They told me that there is no issue with my vacuum and said that i use detergent which i swear to god i did not. Not a single drop. Then they say they give me a benefit of doubt and change my mop pad holder for me. What?! I am pretty sure that wouldn't solve the issue. When i reach home then i realise they did not put in my cartridge into my robot therefore i couldnt test the vacuum. Was partially my fault as I didn't check it. I tried calling them for days and finally they picked up the phone call. They said that they will send me a new vacuum cartridge at the end of the week. But almost 3 weeks and I have not received it. I went down to the shop to ask them and they told me that they have sent it out. But after reasoning with them, they decided to give me another one which I appreciate. (After months and I have not received the cartridge that they sent out? Did they lie to me?) When i reach home and try, the robot had the same problem, but unfortunately after that 1 month repair and 3 weeks delay by the cartridge my warranty is over. So I decided to just use the vacuum function, but after 1 1/2 month, the vacuum couldn't on anymore. Great job xiaomi! Probably because I have only 1 month left for my warranty so your technician decided not to do his job properly and do all he can so that my product is out of warranty. Then I went down to the xiaomi stall in funan to tell them about it and they just brushed things off as it is out of warranty. And the manager or the supervisor from the repair room even told me that the water probably went into the vacuum which damaged it. This is totally outrageous as his reason is out right telling me that his company's product is flawed. How can a product which is designed to mop the floor allow water near to electrical board and allow it to get damage on a day to day use? it's not like it was soaked in a pool or something? All I can say I am extremely disappointed with xiaomi's warranty services. It is the poorest service among all the other tech brands I have tried. I owned many xiaomi products from rechargeable battery to my mobile phone. But after this incident, I am probably not going to purchase any xiaomi products which comes warranty services because I do not trust sending my products to Funan service center to fix them.

My experience was completely different from those who came before me. I was the first in store today and was assisted by a very polite service rep. He explained the situation clearly to me and assured me twice that it will take a while for him to complete the paperwork. Top notch service and I hope Xiaomi is reading this and reward the kind soul who helped me today. ???

Horrible experience with the female staff, but thankful that the male staff apologized. (no names were taken down) Context: Brought our IC xiaomi vacuum mop to service center hoping to get clarity on if our battery span has been reduced significantly over 3 years. Did not eventually wait to be served at the centre but we were in the shop and was badly served by the female staff (photographed). Found the female staff (in picture), my dad asked her if the battery life reduction after 3 years was a possibility and would it make more sense (in value) to switch to a new model instead of replacing a battery should it cost a lot. The female staff said she didn’t know how to answer (red flag #1) and directed us to the service centre. She answered this in a very bad mood, obviously, because right after my dad said β€œokay” politely and turned away, she did a massive eye roll ηΏ»η™½ηœΌ. To her dismay, she saw me watching her. I called her out for it and she did not apologize. Instead she went to the back room. We complained to another staff, who was male, and he nicely apologized and sold us the new model thereafter. Would have gotten the name of the staffs to identify the poor behavior of the female but she disappeared. The male staff identified that the female staff was already resigning so her attitude hasn’t been the greatest but I wanted to feedback here as well, as a personal experience.

Describing their service as incredibly slow is an understatement. I was there waiting for half an hour, and they are still serving the same customer! This is on a weekday late afternoon. Look at their "Q number system", it's written manually! U really pay for what u get, such a shittttt after sale service.
