Best Bubble tea store in Singapore

F	Fierying on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Affordable food, quality is average, milk tea generally is slightly diluted. Alot of stuff in the Q ball, which is nice, but definitely double check to see if they remembered to give u the milk, theyve forgotten several times for me

The store has been closing really early as 8.20pm sometimes compared to the stated time 9.15pm. Also, how is it possible that a business would always run out of ingredients before closing time almost every week? There was a time I got a drink that comes with pearls but the staff informed me that they ran out of pearls hence I have to pay extra for another type of pearl. WTH? Honestly I dont know whether the boss ever been to the store for spot check but it seems like he/she hasnt hence the staff can just do whatever they want? I hope that other competitors do come down to whampoa rather than just letting itea dominates this area.

With certain drinks costing 2 bucks flat such as their milk tea and ribena blended.. Another plus is that pearls are free and they can give no ice without extra charge too. The service is good, friendly, especially the employee Ching..
L	Leon Chan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ visited the store at 8.10, an hour+ away from their closing hour and they only had 1 drink available on the menu??? the staff was packing up as well, it seems like the management is superbly poor on how the shop is being run.

She said we cannot replace the missing black pearls with other add-ons and asked us to top-up additional $0.60 per order for white pearl. Thinking back it seems like it is unreasonable to pay extra to replace a missing ingredient. Hope the management can think this through and decide to provide better service instead of earning extra profit from less than standard service.

She won't or don't speak any other language but mandarin. Which is fine. But she has no problems making customers wait while she chats. I don't recommend. Won't return.
