β β β β β Totally annoying. Waited 10 minutes in front of the counter and was told (after I asked for my drink) that I have to wait another 10 minutes. They could have me warn in advance when they noticed that their tea ran out or offer me a refund. Not even busy at the moment. So disappointed.
