Went to the Simei outlet. Amazing service and super friendly! Needed to get glasses done within the same day and Jean was very accomodating and did a very thorough job in ensuring the glasses were alright. Very happy with the service here :)

Excellent customer service. I have very high astigmatism and I was having issues with the previous place i used to go to as they took more than 2 weeks to fulfill my order. I made an order today and they have reassured me that I will be able to collect my lenses by this Friday (will update if it falls through but hopefully it does not) Other plus points include not asking for advanced payment and being very accommodative to my situation when i told them I have COVID. You definitely wont get this kind of service at your regular chain stores and online stores. Believe me, i contacted many of them. Minus points are the price (much more expensive than other outlets). But if you are looking for excellent speed and fantastic customer service JGlasses is definitely the place for you. I will definitely come back to them again if another urgent situation arises

Went to Eastpoint Mall outlet and was served by Ms Jean. She was very helpful and patient with all my enquiries. Her service was excellent and she was very friendly and cheerful - making my experience of getting my glasses memorable. She even making the effort to fix and clean up my existing glasses. Strongly recommend to look for her if anyone intend to get glasses from JGlasses at EastPoint Mall outlet.

Jean attended to me. After so many tries at different opticians, i finally understand what i am buying! She was very thorough and explained the different lenses that may be applicable to me, in layman terms. The eye testing process was very detailed as well. Very happy and pleased with the buying process.
