β β β β β I have been a loyal customer with eyesight.sg ever since they have opened their shop at the neighbourhood many years ago. I was initially served by their founder and now, he has recruited a group of well experienced optometrists and opticians.
Through my years with them, I would like to strongly praise Alex, Kelly and Sofea! Not only their patience which moved me but also dispayed experience and their friendly personality.
There is no better word than to say how grateful I am to foster a friendship with them and of course, with the shop!

β β β β β The owner Ken is very nice and professional. His team such as Alex Kong and jit yang are very patient and professional too. Alex helped my son for hours and successfully taught him to wear and take off ok lens by himself. Really appreciate that!

β β β β β I was facing problem in my right vision so I went down to Eyesight in Tampines for an eye examination.
With their professional equipment and knowledge, the staff were able to identify the issue- retina detachment. One of the staff, Kelly, is very helpful. She helped to prepare a referral letter and advise me to see a doctor as soon as possible.
During consultation with an eye specialist,
he mentioned that retina detachment is a medical emergency (could lead to lost of vision if not operated immediately) and will require immediate surgery. I was admitted and operated on the same day.
All in all, I am grateful for the professional help rendered to me by all staff at Eyesight and the value added service of a follow up.

I am very happy with the professionalism, friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, especially Mr Alex, who carries out his duties with utmost care and patience! β β β β β I think i have been with Eyesight for at least 10 years. All my boys and family members' spectacles was made at Eyesight. I really must admit their service is the best, very professional and customer centric. Recently, made myopia lenses for my son and has a small issue but didn't expect Alex helped to solve it a few hours. The moment i reached home, he called me everything was in order. I was impressed by their service. I introduced eyesight to my friend too. My friend also feedback their service is really good.

β β β β β Really great experience here! Gerald was very nice, patient and informative. We did an eye check for my aunt who was has cataract and he guided us through the process and even checked on us post op! Would definitely come back here and recommend.
