★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Lobster Thermidor was very well cooked: The salad was fresh and the butter rice was flavorful. The amount of cheese and cream on the lobster was generous and was delicious with the lobster meat.
Jack's Special steak was also great except it was slightly overcooked from what we wanted.
Atmosphere-wise the place was quite loud so don't expect a cosy quiet experience.

Had to request for staff to help us clean it.
When our meals came, we also had to specially request for staff to put the sour cream topping on the baked potato. But I guess they were short-staffed.
Quality of food; seems to have dropped over the years. But I like the fact that the ribeye was a rather good cut, not too fatty/chewy. Though the blood and sauce and oil mixed together wasn't a very pleasant sight.
Too expensive, would only come occasionally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has been a long since I was last here and the food seems to have gotten better, at least in my experience. Forgot to take pics of the other items we had but the steak was great! Love it that it's served on a hot plate and the steak was not too tough even though we had it medium. Bill came up to $194 for 7 pax with a 1-for-1 main course set.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very lovely peaceful place with delicious food to relax and eat. Manager Amy is the current manager managing the restaurant with her fellow staffs. Her staffs and herself really do their level best to satisfy majority customers. Keep it up. All the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ System glitched and doubled order a dish for us, causing some awkwardness when the extra dish came.. ??
Steak was as so-so as I remembered… not recommended for the price, though the fish and chips and chicken were ok.
Overall lighting was dark and made the place seem old and run-down, although it being old is very much true.
Btw, the pasta was some next level dry and weird. Don’t recommend to try unless you want to reminisce days during outfield when you’re eating the infamous pasta ration pack ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the 1 for 1 deal. Chicken chop was nicely seasoned & tender, while the baked potato with sour cream & bacon bits were pretty yummy too. Hard to fault at this price. Lost a star due to dated & old furniture. But tasty food comes first of course.
Sadly on our 3rd visit on 12 July, the sizzling hot plate was no longer sizzling, and food was served lukewarm only. Wife couldn't even finish her plate, which she usually can. What a letdown that standards have dropped so quickly. Dropped to 2 stars from 4.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a enjoyable lunch here. Ordering system was easy and food was served in a fast speed.
Took the lunch set with a drink, upgrade soup and upgrade dessert.
All the foods are standard and tasty but not superb. Lobster bisque was average. T bone steak was good but i got a medium well close to well done although I ordered for medium, a bit disappointed for this. The orea cheese cake was good.
Overall the food price considers to be at a slightly higher average, unless the food is super delicious. It's still a good place if you don't know what to eat as they serve quite a big range of food varieties.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here using the Great Eastern rewards 1-1 special promo for my birthday month and it was truly a happy experience. Slipper lobster and pasta is really yummy!! The hulk mocktail (taste like green apple) was very fragrant and refreshing as well… The staffs (sharlene, etc) here were friendly and wide food selection to choose from. There’s a clean washroom in their restaurant.. We also ordered using 1-1 (2-5pm) promo from Jack’s place fish&chips and steak&chicken combo. Overall it was a nice place to chill and dine, will be back again!
