★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went on Saturday! The service was really awesome! They take care of their customers really well and recommended me to try the ice cream dessert as it's nice! There's also set lunch deals before 5pm too. Overall, a great experience and service! :D Thank you so much service staffs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stars ⭐️ out of sentiment value. As I grow old and have a lot of sweet memories with this restaurant. We spent most of our celebrations here , birthday, gathering, farewell etc.
This time was my visit after COVID outbreak. Under COVID-19 situation, restaurant was not as packed as pre covid, it used to be one of best family casual dining ! Sigh ?
With rising cost, i believe restaurant has tried very hard to keep costs low for profit and also maintain low price affordable for every one.
In this patronage I found they started charging water $0.50. That’s unavoidable in this situation, restaurant needs find way to reduce loss.
The cashier auntie was very friendly and helpful , she to introduced and explained how membership could help to save $$.
Hope the restaurant can continue to serve good food for us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were here for lunch around 12noon on Sunday. Not crowded which the house was occupied half of the house. Overall quite satisfied with the food and service here. Foods served within 15 minutes after ordered. Quality and taste of food above average. Portions is just nice. Love it. Definitely would revisit again. 1 star reserved as the service of restaurant would go slow when crowded, ie: the time when the food serve and settlement of bills.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has the American diner vibes. Food was quite good and not too expensive considering their large portions. Above all, the service of the staff was very homely, especially the 3 elderly women. Asking us if we were working the next day and told us to have a good night's rest. That to us was such a motherly touch. Great service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Somehow I Felt That There Were Shortage Of Staff. A Couple Of Times Dropped By, Staffs Were Always Attending To Customers Inside And Do Cashiering. Leaving Some Of The New Customers Unattended and Queuing Outside.
Customer Service Was Great, After We Were Seated. Food Stil Remain Same Standard. I Stil Love Their Baked Potatoes With Bacon Bits, Which I Could Not Enjoy @ Other Western Food Restaurant .
"Will Still Revisit 4 Sure". ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long waiting time cos they are under staff, however service was good especially one of the Malaysian store manager, who looks bigger in size, he is very attentive and courteous. Despite the wait, the food is serve sizzling hot, fries pipping hot. Will definitely go back to dine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lunch 1 for 1 deal is worth having it! But sadly, they removed all steak from the menu. Nevertheless their main course T Bone is huge and delicious! Aunty Lilian is so friendly as she helped me to feed my son while I breastfed my newborn.. Will definitely go back for the food and service
