ridiculous waiting time. queued @ 9.45am before bank opened and got a queue ticket only half hour later. and more waiting time while waiting for my turn. there are more staff outside than inside.

Ridiculously long queue. Very very slow counter service. Be prepared to spend a good 2 to 3 hours if you come here

The lady in vtm machine very caring n kind n 2 other perfect good service at the entrance keep up the good work - 1149 am 19 /1 /2022 thanks again - On 9/6/22 at 10:55am I was given perfect excellent customer service by a young malay lady who took care of us ina queue she is very polite n kind - thank you very much keep up the good work ❣️

Queue for half hour only to take the number, then told wait for another 2 hour, very fast service, 5 star

6pm is the closing time but 510 pm already stop taking queue. They claims exceed number of queue quota ??Currently not pandemic leh. Did they count missed queue in ? Tell us next morning come again.Met a lady told me she ever come in morning during but Teller says to let elderly first. BUT they did not rotate the turns. Hence she giving her turn to one whole brunch of elderly . First of all Dbs and posb OUTLET HAD a many face to face counter bank outlets CLOSED.. and making all operating time end at 430pm meaning most working adult gotta take leave and time off for those urgent banking services .We did try the E-Video teller machine they cannot scan our ic .. and e- teller tell us to head to face to face counter outlet.. staying Yishun and North area only Civic centre have one closes at 6pm .i Hope dbs can extend the operating timing and honor their opetating time to 6 pm and open up more Counter teller outlet at least the Central. all bus interchange at yishun central and mrt ..but they chooses chong pang which need transit with 3 to 5 busstop away. Which is inconvenient for elderly.Yishun central .i personally feel yishun central would be a better option.

Very unfriendly staff. Reached 130 but not allowed me to take queue i fact bank closing at 230. Told her i encountered unknown transaction from US yesterday night, although i called 24h hotline to blocked transaction immediately, but i need card replacement immediately. she still not allow me to take queue but asked me to use their machine which only have 1 (i not sure if is really just having one but obviously not able to cope with the crowd and demand). The queue is so messy until blocking the escalator in civic center mall which have potential safety issue. Overall is a very bad experience pls look into it and train your staff to be flexible based on urgency and priority.

Today I when down to the woodlands branch. And status was 6pm close. But today was busy and full of walk in customers. But I approach a staff standing out of the bank. He was kindly helped me in my cheque. He name is Halim really appreciate for the kindness help

Probably one of the busiest branch in Singapore due to not having other branches in the North West area. Customer service staffs are friendly and attentive. Just bare in need to wait in a long queue.
