Debbie was very thorough from the get-go when I enquired about applications to Australia Medical Schools as an international student. She replied promptly and provided me with adequate resources throughout that could aid my application. Updates were sent regularly, and applications were sent asap and were very organized. Another plus point for me was that the main form of communication was through WhatsApp, which made it very convenient. The replies were very quick as well. If you'd like to consult them face-to-face, they even have an office with 'books/magazines' of overseas schools and the courses they offer. My whole process was online (not face-to-face) but it was still smooth nonetheless. All steps of the processes were communicated clearly, with step-by-step and clear instructions.
