My child was greatly helped at Jack StudyAbroad from the beginning of our journey to look for a suitable school. Sylvia Kee was so prompt and diligent in answering our worries and questions to source the possibilities.
She was with us even after my child settled overseas and there were miscommunication with the college’s arrangements for accommodation and getting refunds for the student health insurance. There was quite a lot of going to and fro. Sylvia was helpful and patient. She even helped us draft some of the emails to clarify certain issues. Kudos to her!
She was prompt in her replies and even when she was on leave we were informed when she is back again. Meanwhile there was someone else who could help in urgent issues.
It’s a well run agency. And there were no fees too!!

She is very helpful and responsible from the day one I went for my consultation, to till I got my placement at my choice of University. She is very patient and prompt to reply my various queries without any hesitation. Even though she has not done any prior school admission, she took lot of trouble to get school placements for my dependent children also. She has been constantly updating me with the application processes.
