Jackson Fried Chicken - 713 Clementi West Street 2

I'd give it NO STAR if there is an option. The worst fried chicken I've ever tasted. Chicken is totally tastless and all I can taste is slight saltiness, over fried chicken making the texture dry and hard to bite. An overwhelming layer of thick batter that is soggy on the inside. Took me awhile to reach the meat. Price isn't cheap too and expected quality. But it isn't the case and totally a waste of money. Taste of Garlic Bread is worst than those frozen instant brand I can get from supermarket. I can't finish it but to not waste food, I feed the meat minus the disgusting batter to my dog. First and last time!

Worst fried chicken ever. Super thick flour coating and duper dry chicken inside. Won't try again even if free. Money wasted. They donknow what they are doing. "Honestly good chicken" they say. Really, should just close shop.

"Honestly good fried chicken" the tagline says. In all honesty, it is terrible, it is probably the worst fried chicken I had in 2021. I had ordered a 3pc chicken meal through foodpanda and at $16.90, the price is steep. You can make your comparison with other fast food outlets that specializes in fried chicken, they usually cost you about $10-$12. The chicken is bone dry and the skin is hard rather than crispy. The fries seemed like they were over-fried, or done so multiple times. The only redeeming factor was the can of Coke Zero, which was ice-cold. I tried to find something nice to say about Jackson's Fried Chicken but by doing so I would be completely dishonest. They were even stingy with the condiments provided. For a 3pc chicken meal, I was provided exactly 1 pack of chilli sauce and 1 pack of tomato sauce. And of course, if I require more I was supposed to add to cart and pay for it, but never would I have imagined they would provide me with exactly 1 pack each. With that tagline, Jackson's Fried Chicken better be honest with their quality of food or that tagline shall be the butt of jokes and memes.

I ate twice and I find their spicy chicken flavor very tasty and can fight KFC.. but.. strangely both times I got stomach ache after eating their fried chicken...

Fried chicken was really crispy and tender! You can really taste the spice on the chicken. Personally I feel that it is better than KFC. Their spaghetti is also really good. Chicken portion they give is also generous! Have recommended to friends and they really liked it. Will order more soon!

Super not worth to order.Didnt expect the chicken tender so tiny. Inner fried chicken is not hot and the meat is soggy. Fries and chicken tender have alot of small black burnt pc..waste my money...

Ordered from foodpanda as they offered free delivery from Woodland branch. First time my kids can’t finish the fried chicken , as too much flour and the chickens didn’t marinate well (tasteless), too hard and dry.

Today we ordered a combo type meal from Jackson for lunch. Unexpectedly in the burger, the plastic cover of the cheese slice was not removed and cooked along with it. The entire food was toxic because of the chef's carelessness. I completely unsatisfied with the restaurant for such a behaviour. We are paying money to get a delicious proper meal, but what we receive was not at all acceptable. The price was also not too cheap with them. They charge quite an amount for their menu also they charge extra for delivery, but the output is not at all acceptable. so people pls be careful with them before you order food
