I bought a pair of spectacles which had an issue (not their fault at all) and brought it back to the shop. That is when I encountered first hand the exceptional customer service which compelled me to write this review. Bryan was extremely patient, polite and pleasant throughout the whole communication and promptly followed up with me on the status of the spectacles with the supplier. Huimin was simply a pleasure to liaise with! She was extremely helpful and proactive in helping me find the right pair of frames. She was assuring and encouraging throughout the session and really made the whole experience at the shop enjoyable. They also carry a great range of premium brands at reasonable prices. I’ll not hesitate to recommend them to others.

It was the first time my partner ( Bernard) and I ( Debbie)went to this shop. We were delighted and so pleased by the detailed service of Ms LiLin. She was very knowledgeable and professional in explaining the whole process of doing a progressive lens and its price points. We tried out many different frames before deciding on one and she catered to our taste and needs recommending similar ones from other brands. Overall I highly recommend at reasonable pricing. A very professional, friendly, five star service. In recent need of an eye test and some new spectacles, I found Jamco Optical online. I contacted them via- email and received a prompt and informative response. When I visited the store I was greeted warmly and given a thorough eye examination and a recommendation I knew was accurate. The choice of frames and lenses is very comprehensive. I learned that Jamco have the largest stock of Oliver Peoples frames in Singapore so I was able to find the perfect pair. I was contacted 2 days later and my new glasses were ready for collection. I was also given a substantial discount which was great. Very impressed with the professionalism and friendly approach of the team at Jamco and would definitely recommend and will return in future.

Bought my Oliver Peoples specs here a year back and 1 side of the screw dropped. Came back to get it fixed as it needs the original screw. Was served by Colin who told me i had to wait for quite awhile due to covid. They tried to fix my spec to the best of their ability as it was loose and left the shop abit disappointed. 10 minutes later he called and told me he will take the screw from a new specs and give it to me first. Absolutely gratified by this kind gesture. Let us support these type of business owners. Highly recommended Optical shop??????

First off - this is a gem of a find, and if you managed to read this review, you are in it for a good treat. I've been searching for a decent OP / Moscot selection in SG for the longest time and most of my field trips landed in expected disappointment. But not this one. If you are looking for curated and single pieces that fit your personality, well you have to check this place out. The last I checked - their prices are pretty competitive vs. if you buy directly so I reckon it will be a better experience to try it in store and see how you feel. Enjoy!

Jamco has a wide range of spectacles to suit different budget, and I love the higher end brands they bring in. What’s more important is that they provide great service which makes me feel super comfortable during my visit in getting my pair of spectacles from them. They were accommodating in letting me try a dozen of frames and also made recommendations on what I could get. Eventually I purchased my first pair of Yellow Plus (model as shown is Stuart) and walked away from the shop super delighted with my new spectacles. They are located in the basement of Katong Shopping Centre and when you’re there, don’t forget to pop by and get the famous banana pie from Dona Manis Cake Shop (same level) and chicken rice from the food court (also same level)!

A friend recommended Jamco Optical as my wife and i were looking to make a new pair after many years. Went to look for Bryan and he was friendly and patient as we were trying on many many frames, he recommended many that suited us pretty well. Finally we managed to find one that each of us really liked! I chose the one by Taylor With Respect While my wife went for Zio. They have a wide range of frames for different budgets. All of great quality compared to those I tried elsewhere. Some are limited so be sure to grab them if you like them. They accept quite a number of payment methods, so no worries. The place is quite small but cosy, they have a few units beside for other frame selection. The staff there were friendly,professional and service was top notch. Felt really comfortable over there. Remember to make an appointment before going down! Will recommend my friends & family to Jamco if they need anything from them! Thank you!
