She basically changed our lives by introducing OrthoK to my daughter first. Juanne's professionalism and warmth help overcome my daughter's fear of the initial stage of trying on the lenses and patiently explaining the process and expectations to a 8 year old. I was hesitant at first but Juanne patiently explained the process to me and what to expect. I am so glad that we made the jump. Juanne and Divvya have been very caring, patient and responsive. Despite the distance of the clinic from home, we happily go to the Eye Braces Clinic Siglap because we feel very well taken care of! Definitely recommended!

I was completely unaware of Ortho K lenses and Juanne explained the merits of using such lenses and patiently spent a lot of time showing my daughter (aged 11 at the time) how to place them in her eyes. The lenses changed my daughter's life as she was now able to play contact sports without glasses and go swimming without the worry of water getting in to her eyes if she was wearing lenses. She is now 15 and still using the lenses. I would highly recommend Juanne as an optometrist for her experience, professionalism and the great after care that she provides. Sasha

We first approached Juanne when her myopia degree increased by alot without ortho-k lenses. We were very worried about the increase and decided to try out ortho-K lenses. When we first met Juanne, she patiently explained to us the entire procedure and constantly assured us whenever we had doubts. Till now, every visit to Juanne is very consistent and detailed, which makes us feel that my daughter is in very good hands. She is now able to do sports and dance very comfortably as well.
