A loud shout out to all the staff at Marine Parade branch for their excellent service. Special mention to Bryan for his professionalism and service mannerism. He showcased tremendous patience and remarkable tact when handling my elderly mom-in-law who can at times be a handful. Once again I like to extend my sincere gratitude for the very enjoyable experience with you guys. Well done.

I came to this branch after making an order online. Alistair approached me and gave great advice on lenses and frames, recommend to visit this branch instead of ordering online as there are a lot things that they can help with. Won't mind coming back again for the next purchase ?

I was looking forward to getting my specs done and set an appointment via their recent online sale. Unfortunately, it was a rather poor experience. The staff there were rather dismissive of the low prices on the Lenskart website and said they don’t even carry the very basic and “entry level” lenses that were advertised. They (too easily) told me the next possible price was a huge $240 more. The lady didn’t seem to get the problem and was rather dismissive. She even told me that the online sales and cheaper prices are to attract people to come in, and told me it’s like buying clothes online— people will only buy if it’s cheap. Her analogy, not mine. I had to point out repeatedly that this was very misleading and not right because customers take time to shop online and travel down for the appointment. Finally the lady said they have disagreed with their online team on selling the frames and lenses so cheaply as many customers come down and get upset at the huge discrepancy as well, and that she has no control over the online platform. This really doesn’t reflect well. I told her this should be settled within their own company and not pass the problem to customers who waste their time coming down just to be told so dismissively that they should pay $240 more to get something more acceptable. Why sell the cheap version online then, only for your staff to dismiss it when we get to the shop? Overall, a poor experience. The staff weren’t exactly rude, but their dismissive tone and bedside manners could be improved. There are better ways of introducing a “better lens” especially when online promotions aren’t what they seem, which is no fault of the customer. It’s a pity, because 2 of their other staff, have been very polite on another day when I stopped by before to make a quick enquiry. Was hoping to have a pleasant purchasing experience but this wasn’t the case.

Any eye testing, regardless if you have booked it or not, takes at least 1 hour. This is my experience from the 3 visits and I am surprised this holds true even if there is no queue. Updated Added one star for very professional friendly customer service. Special thanks for the lady (at the entrance), I couldn't pick her name. Her customer service attitude is worth noting for everyone.

Would like to thank Jimmy for the fantastic customer service he provided. He was extremely patient. I brought my grandmother to make a couple of specs and he answered her 1million questions, listened to her irrelevant stories all so gently and patiently. She sat and described what sort of frames she prefers. He listened intently, picked out a few and brought them to her to try. She eventually did pick a pair he chose. Thanks alot Jimmy! We really appreciate the service you rendered us today!

Love their service......Me & my hubby was at the store earlier & my hubby finally got his eyeglasses done. At first he was hesitating whether to get a progressive glasses, but was convince by the staff there with great experiences & knowledge about progressives lenses. Highly recommended & will soon be there with my parents for their new progressives glasses. Thumbs up to that staff who serves & eyecheck my hubby.
