Cosy, nice and authentic Korean restaurant. The staff is very friendly and he helped to cook our meat very nicely. Ordered set B and Chajang noodles. Taste is great, I love their appetisers plates. Their food is nicely seasoned and not too salty. Reservations is recommended for dinners and weekend lunch. Good value.

Appointment was made online. Pretty easy and the staff did as for contact number for confirmation. The place was quite cozy only thing is parking is a problem. We ordered the pork belly both plan and spicy. The plan pork belly was good. But my friend like the spicy one more. The cold noodles was good and I enjoyed it. The lady boss is friendly as she will come and chitchating with us on and off and trying to help us with the bbq. Will go back for more.

One of the more budget friendly Korean bbq restaurant you can patronize. We ordered bbq set b along with side dishes like kimchi pan cake, rice cake and army stew. I find the kimchi pancake to be the nicest among the dishes we ordered. The standard meat that comes with the bbq set tasted mediocre. Worse of all you need to pay $5 to top up the lettuce. Probably you will have better luck with ordering ala carte.

Update ... gone from a fan to a hater! Food is still good, but banchan is not free flow anymore due to recent policy change. Personally find this unacceptable for a Korean restaurant and it's not that food is priced cheap. Korean food is always priced at a premium, but the policy change just put the restaurant out of competition with comparable restaurants. You can't get free flow kimchi to accompany your main dishes anymore other than ordering a bbq set which I dislike. But even if you do order, the refill is only one time. Find this unfair because I ordered 3 main dishes - chap chae, ginseng chicken soup and cold noodles for 2 pax. How can I be ordering more and not waste food. Will not support the restaurant anymore. Apparently the bbq set no longer comes with free flow lettuce too, again losing out to competition. Farewell, you won't be getting any more of my business. Ate here for the second time in 2 weeks for obvious reasons. The food is authentic and really good ... Ginseng chicken soup, cold noodle (both spicy and non spicy), stir fried squid, all the side dishes. Eating here feels like bring transported back to Korea There are a lot of comments about the owner being rude, i dont think thats necessarily true. She's not rude, its just that english is not her first language and that's why she's more direct with her words ... Its literally the authentic korean way, if you dont understand, please go watch some korean dramas. Service staff are pretty friendly too as I've seen them chat with consumers while helping to bbq meats. Restaurant is usually packed on weekends, at least the both times I've been. Reservations through Quandoo works, I've tried and tested it. Owner will ask for your phone number when arrived. Highly recommend!!!

ambience was quite gd, small shop. 3 bbq sets to choose from, the staff will grill the meat for u. thr is one rd of free refills for the side dish. but for extra lettuce is $5. rice is @$2 per bowl. free flow for the cold water served in a stainless steel jug.

My buddy recommended the restaurant to me I must say due to my previous work, I am sensitive to my MEAT origins and quality Yes they does offer the typical meat choices What didn’t really impress me is the quality The taste for the side dishes wasn’t impressive too, kimchi , soup and fish cake. I feel it lacks the strong robust taste Beef wasn’t nothing to shout about Pork or chicken won’t score as I rate beef most important Services wise not the worst but only the Korean ladies are more attentive Verdict : Won’t be too hype to visit in the near future ***If you like what I commented and wrote… Join as my followers and let’s share life & food comments!!!***

Came to this place for dinner after seeing some positive reviews online. We were greeted by a Korean woman and was thus a little relieved that this place was run by a native Korean. We ordered a set consisting of pork shoulder, pork belly, spicy chicken and smoked duck. The set also came with kimchi soup and steamed egg. The meats were pretty good, the staff does the barbequeing for u and everything turned out nice and juicy. Came with all essential and generous side dishes. Only let down was the steamed egg, which was a little dry and didnt have the usual fragrance.

Food was okay, but slightly on the pricey side considering the portion, we took set A (4 pax) for actual 3 pax dining, which at the end we still add on Seafood Pancake. The meat taste nice but not too strong, Kimchi and Kimchi soup were fresh.
