The aunty staff provide straight forward service. No time for greet and greet. Avoid talk to her at all cost. Go straight to doctor. Clinic doesn't accept insurance card. Doctor is professional. Overall very good. Refer to pics for operation hours.

Bloody rude, impatient and slow service. I have always avoided giving poor reviews but they deserve 0 star. The staff hung the phone up on me mid-conversation and that is the final straw.

The worst doctor in this Singapore. Done swab test in his clinic and they have the result ,they just don't call or msg me. 3 days is over and I must call them to ask for results. Furthermore, can tell me he is helping me for free? So more can tell me like this "msging is MoH business not his business" then what for i gave his I paid the consultation and such not free uh his clinic is not free clinic. What a doctor. No more going to see them already.

Very kind doctor. In the beginning i was pretty skeptical after reading the review. But decided to try it out since it's nearby. Dr Chee was very kind. And would bother to explain what could have happen to you. I had met some doc that didnt bother at all, just check and issue medicine. Interior of the clinic seems a bit run down. But it's okay. Nurse may also look a bit grumpy, yet not to the extend that would be rude and really tell you off. So, would highly recommend Dr Chee. And the clinic is currently running by one doc only.

Worst clinic ever that I had visited in my whole life... Doctor are very impatient and doesn't allow the patient to talk, if we didn't explain on what had happened to our health or what's the purpose of visiting when we first visit you, how can u get the correct diagnosis on what's wrong with your patients? How rude is it when I try to explained on what happened to me and what kind of pain I'm facing & every 2 sec the doctor will show me his palm and stop me from talking? If we don't tell u the purpose of visit then u can just simply give any diagnosis as per your wish? I don't even dare to take the medicine after I left the clinic.. Don't waste your time to visit such clinic I really hope that I will not met this type of doctor ever again... Super rude seriously...

Dr Chee is so incredibly gentle and kind. He personally walked over to each patient waiting outside his clinic (for swab tests) and attended to them patiently- im one of them. The clinic is located right at the fringe of housing estates with lower income families, and many frail elderly who require social assistance. You can tell that Dr Chee has a heart for these people. When he attended to me, he did not rush through his advice and i felt his genuine care. I only saw him for a swab test and already his attention to detail was fully present. At this time and age, i think that Dr Chee belongs to a rare breed of doctors who are few and far between. He is humble, empathetic and here to serve the community who most needs it. This is a truly compassionate doctor who deserves appreciation for what he does. His receptionists are 2 elderly aunties who are quite cute and nice if you speak to them respectfully. For those who found them “rude” in their reviews here, were probably demanding and impatient patients themselves.

Had been here for Covid RT-PCR for my son needed to fly back to India. Good doc and staff... They were very cooperative and helpful. At time when most hospitals were saying 24-36 hours for the report , the Doc confidently said we would get it by evening same day and we actually did. Sample taking was fast and convenient. Would recommend this place.
