Bought an JP home exclusive item from the store and it was broken when I try to unwrap it. The store refused to exchange.

Visited West Coast Branch with friends today. We bought 5 magic clean items and hand towel but put into 1 bill. Requested extra plastic bag for my friend's purchase but sales guy Wong Qi Hao didn't want to give. Said if I want extra bag, I should say so and he will charge 10 cents each. Not a very nice reply and sound rude. I think he is so unreasonable even I tried explaining. I'm very sure, he saw me asking my friends to let me pay. If I know 1 bill entitled to only 1 plastic bag, I would have asked my friends to settle their own bills. Will not visit this branch any more.

Shop with very interesting little things. Decided to come here to get a clip on USB fan for the kids and low and behold there was a range! Prices are cheap and reasonable and prams could fit through aisles. Also the staff were very friendly and helpful. Polite and smiling was is great. If I had more time I would definitely pop back in to look around

They really got everything you will probably need for the home. Perhaps too much as the place filled to the ceiling and the aisles are almost impassable except for the slim ones Counter staff tries her best but she really needed an assistant. We bought a pot, at $29.90 for a three coated all stainless one is a bargain

I am unable to give review without rating. Their service is not even worth a star. I feel I am cheated. I bought an item (chopper brush) last evening, thinking it is worth the price of $2.30 according to the price tag. As I was rushing, forgot to check my receipt. This morning, I realised the charge was $4.95. I went back to the shop this morning, the retail manager just apologized that they have updated the price on the machine but not the price tag. Price tag is the price the customers are looking at and will decide to buy, how can they not change the price tag? Hence, I feel I was lured to buy. They can just charge the customers higher without any problem if the customers do not check. I am paying for their mistakes. This is too ridiculous. I am not going to patronize them again. So disappointed with the way they handle their retail. I bought other items as well, I feel like going to return all items.
