★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a white washed cabinet from LIMS legacy but was utterly gutted that the order was mixed up with another purchase. Had to wait 3 weeks before the problem was resolved and when the actual item arrived, there were two major scratches on the product. Really disappointed with the product and the customer service.

Very impressed and satisfied with the entire shopping experience and highly recommend for the personal touch for your loved ones’ gifts!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My hubby and I were initially really pleased with Lim's customer service when we frequented their holland branch. So far we have been faithful and loyal customers over the years. However in recent times, our online purchase experience has been really bad. I urge the company to review their current practice and take consumer feedback seriously.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a display cabinet from Lims. The design is nice but the quality is average as you can feel it’s quite light wood. Very dirty when deliver with wood dust still inside the cabinet. Very different from other shops where I recv the cabinet cleaned!
The service is good and that’s why I give a 3 stars.
The shop is good for decorative pieces but if you want a solid teak/wood furniture, scout around Tan Boon Liat and you will find better products at same pricing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks to Mary at Lim’s Legacy Marina Square, for her absolutely amazing and patient service. She went above and beyond coordinating with me over a period of a few weeks to help finalise the selection of over 6 key pieces for my home. If not for Mary I don’t think I would have found the pieces that I did - which were all very special and well priced. The selection of things at Lim’s is really exceptional, so many hidden treasures. I could spend hours in there! Ask for Mary if your looking for your dream piece - she is amazing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at Lim’s Legacy are cheerful and helpful. They helped my husband and me match numerous lamp stands and lamp shades, even switching them on for us to admire them properly. We had a wonderful shopping experience and went back again to buy another lamp stand and shade :)

Tyrone, a polite & helpful sales person assisted me and though he was on leave when I subsequently returned to confirm the order, he followed it through meticulously. I did not have to repeat to his colleague what I informed him earlier on, something which unfortunately happens quite often when shopping.. His male colleague who attended to me was the same. I was also at their other shop nearby for lamp-shades and the older of 2 sales ladies who attended to me was a real "pro" on explaining lamp-shades. Wonderful to get good service & well done Lims Legacy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a lovely experience at the Holland Village outlet shopping for new lampshades for a set of bedside lamps. Alina (and the other staff too) was so helpful and knowledgeable and bent over backwards to make sure that I walked out of the store happy. When I found a shade that I liked, but they didn’t have another in stock, Alina went to great lengths to find a solution that worked. She also rescued me from choosing the wrong sized shade and spent a lot of time showing me the different size options, letting me test them on my lamp. I left the shop a very happy customer and will definitely be back and also recommend to others.
