★ ★ ★ ★ ★ just few day ago ,the staff who call xu ling or xi fang,and she is as the bedok outlet manager attitude is terrible and like we owe her money , first time visit ,when my wife ask her we want get a 10pack wet tissue ,she just point the box and ask us open the box and take for our own ,nevermine we can do it but her attitude like not helpful at all , second time we visit again at evening time and we going to get the kettle jug and i ask her to get for me in same time i ask her is it promotion $20 put at outside display ,she just knock her head ,after that she take the kettle jug throw to the floor ,i too angry and feel enough of her attitude
japan home company i think you need to look after and take action on this staff manager , i think i not the only one feedback on this google review ,thx

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qi fang supervisor at this outlet her attitude was very bad. And is very rude to elderly and show patient on them. Japan home pls Educate this type of staff . Customer are the there to shop and spent happily. Not go there to see her attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The PRC lady (probably should call her auntie) very rude, I was packing my frying pan into my own shopping bag after payment, she were there and using "hand signs" telling me get lost, ridiculous attitude!!!
