I want to thank the sales associate, Paul for his excellent service. When we first stepped in, i told him i was just browsing but that didnt stopped him from serving us. He’s very attentive and patience. We felt very at ease and comfortable even there wasnt a single customer around us (which can feel abit intimidating when salesperson are cold or when customers are not around in the store.) But that wasnt the case with Paul. Hes allowed me try any bags i wanted without any pressure. I ended up with Loewe mini gate bag tan which im super happy with. When i got home and looked at the bag, i suddenly noticed theres a small defect on the logo area, i was anxious and immediately msged Paul at 2am. I wasn’t expecting any reply until the day after but thankfully he replied me almost immediately despite the timing. He told me exchange was possible and so i managed to get a brand new piece today without much hassle. So after sales service was definitely a thumbs up. My first Loewe bag purchase experience was definitely a great one Highly recommend to look for Paul as he’s friendly and helpful regardless if you are a paying customer or not. That’s what true customer service is all about.

They are accustomed to easy business with tourists, and they are not afraid to lie to you and try to close the deal quickly. When I checked the COLOR VARIETION of the newly launched series, I was told that only black is available in entire Singapore. I couldn't believe that, so the next day I went to Loewe in Ion and they had three colors in stock. Maybe this brand imposes strict sales quotas on its clerks.

In my quest to find my perfect Daily Use bucket bag which can also hold a laptop or book, visited this boutique and was attended by Beatrice. She made several good recommendations and advises. I don't feel being pressured to buy at all and she maintained the professionalism and smile when I said I'll like to consider other options too. She gave me her business card so I can contact her in any case i need more information. Good customer service! I highly recommend this branch if you're looking to purchase any Loewe products.
