β β β β β Pathetic sales team zero customer respect..I had issue with a particular driving loafer and went to the store as my foot ? was hurt wearing it ..the sales girl said she would definitely do something to help me or provide a insole ..but the other girl with a little weight showed eyes to her and she said sorry sir canβt help you strange way to treat customers Iβm glad I stopped buying this brand

He is such a helpful, friendly and responsible SA.
Before I head down to the shop, he helped me to snap photos of the bag from all angles , even try on the bag for me. In fact , I have no purchase history from Tods, he still willing to assist me with my request.
He also used his off day to take a brand new bag from warehouse. He check it through to ensure the bag is in perfect condition before deliver to me ! Such a great SA!
