had my fringe cut here and the skills were absolutely atrocious,, cant understand how the stylist here is even qualified to be cutting hair as i already had a fringe and she literally just had to trim slightly, but i ended up walking out with basically a bowl haircut that was uneven?? hard-selling was also horrendous as they basically don’t let you pay until you agree to sign a package/ join membership of some sort, would really discourage impressionable elderly from heading there. as a whole, staff are extremely unprofessional and i utterly regret having stepped into this salon, really do not recommend!! there are many other places in the market which provide higher quality services for your hair.

Throughout my visit always been here for my haircut when its nearby from my home to walkthrough along here that I consistently come upon here to gush my hair when the member card cost of $2 cheap. I subsequently visiting here once more! Thanks for visiting once again and have a great day ahead!

Service quality has dropped. Initially few years ago, they have offer professional hair services and the package that they made you sign is worth it and well spent. But over the years, their service level dropped tremendously. They are not in the business to serving your hair needs, but rather just trying to hardsell you packages; and best part is I still have more than $1k balance in my package; why still ask me to add in more money. They couldn't provide a valid justification but just keep insisting that you need to sign to enjoy more benefits. When you refused, they show you attitude right in your face. A simple haircut also can't make it. Horrendous experience, I don't even feel like walking into their shop again. Enter this shop at your own risk!! There are other better salons elsewhere.

Told barber that the music in their shop is too loud and got ignored. Then they tried to sell other products to me but I tell them that their store is too noisy so I want to leave.

Went for treatment than got told to sign up package. Which i insisted that i will try for 3 months and see of there is good results. However they hard sell 6 months package which cost $1080. Paid them 600 first amd said will top up towards it ending. As i wanted to make sure it works. However yesterday when i go for my 2nd appointment which before hand i called to inform that i will do the balance payment next month. The administration told me its fine and i can still come down for my treatment. After my treatment was done they insisted i top up the balance of 480 as the office is pressuring them. Part of the package i was promised a sheshiedo treatment, but yesterday there wasn't any of it. It was just an ampoule for my hair loss issue and a washing of scalp. After which they used a serum for my hair. I was honestly upset and told them i cant pay the balance. I still have one more treatment to go for, for what i had paid so far. But they are definitely going to be very sour about me letting them know i don't want to carry om the treatment with them. Ladies please don't patronise this salon. They are all about money and they dont uphold what they say. They are nice to you till they get the package signed. I'm never signing up anymore packages with anymore salon. And they hair cut isn't really good.

Was coaxed once at Marine Parade to buy package but when refused, they gave you gangster face. Later I buy package at another branch as it was great deal at 50 cuts for 50. Generally if just want hair short is fine. They will try to sell you treatment as you cut. Some would give you black face when you refused. Recently suddenly was informed that they will increase price to 2 dollars per cut. This is clearly a breach of contract. Be careful about entering into package with them since they are so dishonourable. Edit: They said price will rise on 20 Jan 2022. Those who buy package beware, they offer no guarantee and may suddenly raise your price.

Suddenly was informed that they will increase price to 2 dollars per cut. Furthermore they added words into our mouth and said that they had already informed us and we agreed to it. They showed us the big card they had and they used pencil to ownself write the agreement . This is a breach of contract. Furthermore, they insisted that their system can only top up 30 dollars when the previous time i came they told me i could just top up 10 dollars the next visit and it will be 1 dollar per cut. Be careful about entering into package with them since they are so dishonourable. They will pressure sell, change their words, it is clearly shady, not going to cut from them ever again.

Had a great experience doing a hair treatment and scalp massage at Salon One today! They use very good quality Italian imported products and essential oils . Bought a package of 10 treatments. The sales people wasn’t pushy unlike other salons I have been to. The manageress of the shop even bought pastries from the bakery next door when she heard me say I was hungry . Hairstylist Hong Yue attended to me and her hair treatment and scalp massage was superb!
