★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hidden right behind the famous tze char is a very traditional (in the singapore sense) western food that you find at hawker/kopitiam. Decent portion at decent size. The food is worth it's price even though it is not like bomb amazing. Coleslaw is delicious, the chicken is average or a little above average. Garlic bread is very normal. Average mash potatoes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ really amazing and affordable western cuisine located at 308 lei yuen coffee shop. generous portion size, huge and well-cooked steaks and chicken chops.
regularly eat the striploin steak, which is always consistent in done-ness. the steak and lamb chops are always fresh and not gamey. huge variety of choices, you can always go there and try something different, and will still be pleasantly surprised.
great variety of side items to choose from (two choices per meal). price super affordable for its portion and quality. one of my family's go-to for good and cheap western food!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very decent and solid option for western food. Chicken was well cooked and marinated; the yellow rice was pretty tasty too. The owners were really polite as well. Definitely worth a try if you’re in the area.
