Dont blame the staff, but the management needs to do something. Seriously understaffed for a friday night, the place is bloody dirty and no one has time to clean it because they are really busy(they truly are) management shld hire more staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give less than one star if i could - worst management of staff in all mos burgers. Third time that they’ve left out items on my takeaway order and the items are always the most expensive ones. Tried to check before leaving but the staff have wrapped everything up so tight and well and wouldn’t allow you to stand there to do your checks. Buy takeaways here at your own risk!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is ok, love the clam chowder, but my beef patty was cold, unfortunately. Not impressed with server who got my order for a milk tea wrong, and gave me tea with lemon slices instead. When it was returned unconsumed, I was told to remove the lemons and pour the milk in. What is wrong with a replacement? Any sensible diner knows that we don't mix lemons with milk in iced tea. Come on...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Morning Plate breakfast was average, served with flimsy plastic dessert fork that broke... But the nuggets were crispy. Service was great!
I like that Aunties, Uncles are recruited, they are so pleasant and understand the importance of giving good service.
Ambience is great too! The chain plays lounge music, so relaxing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice cozy environment at this Mos Burger Burger which sets you in the mood for Xmas. Food was decent; the breakfast set ( 2 types ) was just the right amount - 2 grilled sausages (the other set is 1 piece of ham ) with mixed salad, 1 piece of grilled tomato and 1 square sized omelette; u hv to buy ur own drinks though.
