I did have trouble making an appointment. I booked through their website twice but it didn't go through. I called multiple times (albeit most times it was half an hour before opening hours) but they have a message machine that record missed numbers, I didn't even get a call back. On the day of my appointment I arrived 20 minutes early (10.40am) but the staff weren't around. They only came back about 2minutes after my appointment slot (my appointment was at the opening hour of 11.00am). They did apologize so I'm not holding that against them.
