I am very disappointed with the services. Firstly, they didnt advice us accordingly when we sign up for 3 scans through another agent in between for MRI scans. They booked 3 scans in 1 day. Since its our 1st time having MRI scan, we are not aware that it will be so tiring for our bodies and deafening for our ears to have all 3 scans in 1 day, just in 2 hours. In the Govt hospital, they told us that we need to book 2 different dates for 3 scans and we did not know the reason behind it. Now We know the exact reason behind that. The staff didnt advice us on anything like how stressed it will be for us and how the sound will be deafening for our ears. They didn't even inform us to have breakfast 1st as it would take longer. Appointment was early in the morning, they told us to be there 20 mins beforehand. So we didnt even eat breakfast, the staff kept on telling it will finish fast fast, just 45 mins. We thought that all 3 scans will end within 45 mins. We were wrong, each scan takes 45 mins. They let u listen to FM RADIO preparing headsets for us but then after the 1st scan, they didnt give us a break to drink water. They went on and on and on. We felt that our body was getting numbed so we had to alert the staffs. They still mentioned just 10 more mins, just 8.5 more mins and so on. They should have advised us on the proper timing. They cannot just go on and on after 1st scan to the 2nd scan without any break, without letting us drink some water, without letting our bodies relax. We could feel numbness in many of our body parts including the fingers. So it took a total of 2 hours for 3 scans but it was very tiring for us as our bodies had became so weak by then and they forgot to switch on the songs during the 2nd scan so the loud sounds made by the MRI MACHINE was so deafening for us and unbearable. When we try to inform the staff, they just say 10 more mins, it will be over soon. Unexpectedly experience at this centre. Very disappointed. Felt that they value money more than their own customers. How do they expect us to go back to them after this sour experiences.

Service was excellent, everything went smoothly from registration to scan to exit. Instructions were very clear on what I should or should not do. Special thanks to Belinda Yap who ensured I was well taken care of and to nurse Alicia who was so tender and professional with insertion and removal of catheter.

Please keep a system in your company which allows phone calls to be answered immediately. How long do you expect a customer to call you? You gave a missed call and I had issues calling back. What is this?

Friendly staff but horrible delays. They told me to come at 5.15pm for a 6pm scan. The scan was delayed until 7.30pm... 1.5 hours wasted with no prior warning. Unbelievable

I scheduled an appointment at this centre today for a CT coronary angiogram. I did not have to wait long after doing all the paperwork and I was attended to by Alicia. She was very clear and explained patiently and in detail regarding the procedure which was completed very smoothly. I must say that the service provided from the registration right up to payment was top notch. I would highly recommend this centre. Keep up the good work especially Alicia

My father had an appointment here to do 3 tests/scans. He was told to fast the night before and his appointment was scheduled for 13 hours after that. However after waiting for an hour he has yet to do any tests. He had been fasting since the precious day and was feeling cold and light headed. We had to keep asking the staff when will his turn be and after over an hour was he directed to do his first test. Staff could have been a bit more attentive and provide assurance to the patients and maybe let us know if there's going to be such a long delay beforehand.
