★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been taking classes with Dorcas for several months and would consider her a superb pilates teacher. As I am someone who is very inquisitive about the purpose and risks of a movement, I found Dorcas to be perfect because she is patient and knowledgeable and I could basically ask her anything.
She also tailored classes to my body condition, lifestyle and goals as they evolved. For example, when I developed a wrist injury from yoga, she could teach me specific exercises to build strength in my arms and back so that I would be less likely to injure myself again. While hers is not a treatment regime, it’s still very helpful as a way to expand your repertoire of exercises and practice them regularly in a supervised environment.
In general, I highly recommend her to anyone looking to learn more about their body or enhance their experience of other sporting activities!
