Joe & Dough, DUO Galleria

Service staff on 16 July 4.28pm were rude and curt in taking orders, even giving customers glares and rude questions when asked whether menu items were available. They also forgot our order, and gave us sarcastic looks when asked politely why our order was taking quite a while. Absolutely disappointed with this store and I will not be back. Warning other potential patrons to beware of these service staff too.

super poor service attitude from service staff. not even crowded, but they give you a black look when ordering, and when they forget your order they get defensive and question you. seriously ruined the day. never going to come back. short lady with low ponytail on 16 july was super rude and disrespectful. please train your staff properly or no one will patronise again.

Chinese lady during the morning shift at 1030am today was showing attitude just because i was having difficulties with payment. I was waiting to download my app so I can transfer the money to my card but because she seemed so done I got a friend to pay to pay first for me and she was literally eyeing me like i offended her. There wasn’t even a queue and neither was she welcoming to begin with. I had to ask her multiple times if there’s paylah! and paynow too. It’s quite sad because they make good coffee.

We went to eat a hearty brunch at this Joe and Dough (Duo Galleria) branch. The vibe was industrial and modern here! Lounging on the sofa near the entrance, we both ordered the mushroom melt brioche (meatless, yay for that day!) and black coffee for my buddy, and a mocha for me. Coffee felt just right, and not overpowering, complementing the well assembled mushroom melt brunch. We had a fresh side salad as well which we nibbled as we chatted and the mushroom melt was just right, without being too cheesy and overdone. It was quiet on a Tuesday morning and service was great! The friendly barista guy at the counter explained what the $39 coffee card was all about gently and perhaps that would be my next venture for my weekly cuppa at Bugis! Overall, a nice place to chill and we were able to enjoy our chat and leisurely brunch. Human traffic grew heavier as lunch hour approached, but somehow, we were cocooned and cozy at Joe and Dough's, even having a second brunch of cake and refreshing pink lychee tea. A very relaxing and indulgent day for me!! Never say NO to Joe and Dough!!

I like to take my break here whenever I can. The coffee is fragrant and nice. Price reasonable. Ambient is nice, cosy, comfortable for get together, meeting friends or even spent your own time there. The service is good, staff is kind, courteous, patient. Try it and experience yourself

Joe & Dough has nice coffee that would go well with stroopwaffels. I wished they sell them as a set, with gula melaka syrup even!

Service staff on 16 July 4pm were rude and curt. Impolite when asked if there were more pastries since only one was left in the display. Ordered a flat white which they said would be delivered to my table. After more than 10 minutes, the coffee never came. When I went to check they rudely denied that I had even ordered the drink and were condescending even though it's their mistake. The shop wasn't even crowded it was off peak on a weekend. If you can tolerate the staff being incapable of simple courtesy, feel free to suffer for their coffee and pastries.

Small cafe, located near the famous honey comb building. Nice service, the cheese case was delicious and so was the coconut latte. It was absolutely worth trying out this cafe. Peaceful indoor sitting area where you can sit and relax with your cup of coffee and a nice cake!!
